Asian and European markets took a substantial hit today after the jaw dropping news of French IMF Chief Dominique Strauss- Kahn’s arrest in NY following sexual assault and attempted rape charges, among others. The Thai SET, or Stock Exchange of Thailand is closed today and tomorrow for holidays. Friday closed at 1,085, up 3.25% for the week.
