There are cries that Prime Minister Yingluck should resign because she’s proven completely inept over her management of the flooding crisis, as Japanese PM Naoto Kan did in the wake of the March 11th triple disaster from the earthquake, tsunami, and the nuclear reactor crisis…
Nobody should blame PM Yingluck for the rains themselves....
